Group Profile

Within Keepmoat and its three delivery companies, Frank Haslam Milan (FHM), Bramall and Keepmoat Homes, lies a history that places the company at the forefront of social housing for the last seven decades.

Keepmoat's history can be charted back to the 1930's when both Bramall and Ogden Ltd and Frank Haslam Milan Ltd were established in Rotherham and Doncaster.

Following many successful years working throughout Yorkshire on numerous public sector housing projects the two businesses became known as Bramall Construction and Frank Haslam Milan.

In 1983, the management teams from both companies formed the parent company - Keepmoat. From thereon the business has gone from strength to strength and 1986 saw the formation of Haslam Homes (now Keepmoat Homes), who provide desirable, affordable homes to predominantly first and second-time buyers.

Haslam Homes (now Keepmoat Homes) became one of the company's three specialist divisions, alongside Keepmoat Regeneration and Keepmoat Partnerships (now Keepmoat Property).

The group has grown significantly seeing geographical expansion throughout the North and the Midlands but despite such rapid growth Keepmoat's values are the same as they were over 75-years ago; a commitment to quality, a belief in the ability to make a difference and the desire to be the very best at what we do.
