Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council

Our initial contract with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council was for garage repairs.

After successfully completing this scheme of works we won the contract to carry out the aids & adaptations for bathrooms which was valued at £800k per year for 5 years. The Site Manager's for this project are Lynne Allsopp & Kevin Haire.

We have recently won the contract for the internal works programme & this consists of refurbishing kitchens, bathrooms & void properties. This project is due to be delivered within a 3 year period with a possible extension of a further 2 year period. This scheme of works has been valued at £1.3m per year.

By working in partnership with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to carry out this essential work; it will ensure that homes reach the Governments Decent Homes standard by 2012, creating a brighter future for the local community.

Overall the most important challenge for us is to be able to continually adapt as a business & help create a range of innovative solutions to support our partners in revitalising & regenerating communities & making a lasting impression on people's lives.

We are currently in the process of tendering for the new external works programme which would include replacing doors, soffits, fascias & roofing this will follow a rigorous interview process in July 2008. We are hoping to be successful in the process & continue our excellent working relationship with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.
