Thermoman meets 5M's in Energy Showdown

Energy superhero 'Thermoman' visited some of WNWHL tenants recently after helping the community cut their fuel bills.
FHM Yorkshire and East Midlands have carried out energy efficiency improvements including thermo insulation, double glazing and state-of-the-art Rockwool cladding to 70 homes in the Burley area of Leeds. Now tenants have been invited to take part in a follow-up study to calculate just how much they're saving on their fuel bills.
Darren Kemp, Contracts Manager at FHM said "We have been carrying out energy efficiency improvements on non-traditionally constructed homes for many years now and the steel-framed 5M properties on the Woodbridge really benefit from having these environmental improvements. Residents have told us their homes are warmer and their energy bills lower so it'll be very interesting to find out exactly how much both they and the environment have benefited".
