We see our commitment to providing long term sustainable employment not only as an opportunity to meet the aspirations of local people, but also as a means to provide a sustainable workforce for us.

We employ dedicated training officers who work closely with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and other agencies to recruit and oversee the training of trainees and apprentices along with organising effective training and development activities for the workforce in general.

Currently, we employ in excess of 100 trainees and apprentices.

Generating employment and training opportunities for long term unemployed and developing early interaction with local schools, in partnership with locally based agencies throughout the North and Midlands we are able to add more than simply physical improvements to the communities in which we work.
