We recommend that tenants are consulted throughout the project.

Open Days are held at a local venue at least five weeks before work starts on site, where tenants and leaseholders have the opportunity to meet the FHM team, examine the available choices and ask questions.

In addition, FHM carries out an extensive programme of tenant consultation and involvement, as well as providing detailed and easily accessible information handbooks. Resident / Tenant Liaison Officers are in regular contact at 28, 14 and 7 day intervals and then 24 hours before work commences. Liaison includes induction programmes, making special arrangements and providing information such as photographs, DVDs and contact details.
