Our dedicated 24-hour customer care line, with local rate line, is available to all tenants after work is completed. Alternatively, and in partnership with some clients, we can also provide a link to existing call centres.
All residents are given a customer satisfaction questionnaire to complete, which is followed up by FHM.
We believe our service is second to none, enabling resident to raise issues, ask questions and gather the information they need to make informed choices and ensure they are satisfied with the refurbished and new homes we build.
